Still Stunning Consignment accepts consignment on a 50/50 basis (50% of sale price) for 90 Days
Still Stunning Consignment reserves the right to reduced the price if necessary to make a sale
Still Stunning Consignment is not responsible of Loss, Damage, Theft or Loss due to fire
Still Stunning Consignment does not provide Insurance on merchandise
Consignor warrants that he/she has complete title to all items listed below and/or attached
Consignor has seven (7) day from expiration date of this contract to reclaim any unsold merchandise
Consignor understands that any merchandise not reclaimed will become the property of Still Stunning Consignment
Consignor understands that a five (5) dollar administrative fee will be deducted from total sales at the end of the contract term.
Consignor understands that the sale price will be reduced by 10% every 30 days
All monies due to consignor will be mailed in the form of a check the first week of every month
